KJS Card Quest ("we," "us," "our") is an online store operated by KJS Essentials LLC, a United States limited liability company. By accessing or using www.kjscardquest.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We sell factory-sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products. Inventory is limited and can sell out at any time. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to cancel or refuse any order — including after it has been placed — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship your item.

Delivery timing, carrier, and our return policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these Terms.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Please don't misuse the site — no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, resell access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the store or other customers.

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. KJS Essentials LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
