KJS Card Quest is operated by KJS Essentials LLC("we," "us"). We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to run the store, fulfill your orders, and support you. We do not sell your personal information.

• Account information — your name and email address if you create an account.
• Order & shipping information — shipping address, items purchased, and contact email.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits/brand of your card, but we never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data — basic, security-related information such as your IP address and browser, used to keep the site running and protect against fraud and abuse.

• To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and send order-related email.
• To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
• To send back-in-stock notifications you specifically request.
• To operate, secure, and improve the store.
• To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We share information only with the providers needed to run the store, and only as needed:

• Stripe — secure payment processing.
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — to deliver your order.
• Email provider — to send order confirmations and notifications.

We use essential cookies needed for the site to work — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember the contents of your cart. These are required for core functionality; we don't use them to sell your data.

We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to close your account and delete personal data we're not legally required to keep.
