Fast, tracked delivery and a fair, no-surprises return policy.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number once it ships.

Carriers & rates

All sealed Pokémon TCG products ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The best available service is selected for each order based on weight.

Shipping is a flat rate based on your order's total weight, shown at checkout before you pay — no inflated handling fees, no surprises. Every shipment includes tracking.

Packaging

We take sealed-product condition seriously. Booster boxes, ETBs, bundles, and packs are shipped in right-sized boxes with protective fill so they arrive collector-ready.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows a problem, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Returns

We accept returns on factory-sealed products in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery. Please email us first at [email protected] to start a return — don't ship anything back before you hear from us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error — in which case we cover it.

Because these are collectible sealed products, we can't accept returns on items that have been opened, unsealed, or otherwise removed from their original condition.
